Travel Fee
Travel included within 20km from Bertram Family Medical Centre, Wellard 6170; beyond this, $1/km (round trip) will be added to the session.
How it works:
Start with a zone-by-zone detailed clean based on your priorities, then transition to regular whole-home cleaning.
“Detailed cleaning” means thoroughly cleaning a specific area (e.g., cupboards), including all interiors, exteriors, and doors.
Additional tasks such as cleaning inside and outside of the fridge, windows, and blinds can also be included upon request.
You’re welcome to share any priorities, and we’ll deliver the best possible results within the scheduled time. As more detailed tasks require additional time, some areas may not be completed within the allocated timeframe.
We take pride in being disciplined, efficient, and detail-oriented, and aim to maintain clear and reasonable expectations with every client.

Carpet Steam Cleaning, Rangehood & Oven Deep Cleaning (Internal degreasing).
Payment Policy

For the initial visit, payment is completed after the service.

If you feel the service does not meet your expectations, we will only charge 70% of the service fee to cover time and labour for the initial visit.

If you are happy with the service, we will send a secure payment link to set up convenient recurring payments.

Future payments will be automatically processed on the day of service, so you don’t need to worry about manual payments.
