2. How long is a Home Organising & Decluttering session?

• Small Spaces (4 hours): Pantry, Wardrobe, or Linen Cupboard. • Large Spaces (Around 4-8 hours): Kitchen, Home Office or Master Bedroom. • Whole-house: Typically 15-40 hours, depending on the home size and volume of items.

3. Do I need to be home for the whole session?

• For Decluttering: Yes — you’ll need to be present to make decisions. • For Organising & Cleaning: You do not need to be home; I can work independently.

4. Do you work on weekends and public holidays? Is there an extra charge?

Yes. We are available on weekends and public holidays with no surcharge applied.

5. Will I need to buy organising products beforehand?

usually, no. We always try to use what you already have first. But if needed, we can measure the space and purchase containers in advance for a $40 sourcing fee, then bring them to the session. This helps create a better final result.

6. How should I prepare before the first session?

Please have bin bags ready for rubbish and donations, and review any information provided before your session. That’s it — no pre-tidying required.

7. Does this service include moving furniture or appliances?

We can assist with moving light items for better flow. However, for safety and insurance reasons, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances.

8. Are you insured and qualified?

Yes. We are fully insured and hold current Police Clearances, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and are fully vaccinated.

9. Is there a travel fee?

I cover all areas within 30km of Wellard (6170) at no extra cost. For longer distances, a travel fee of $1 per km (round trip) will be added to the session.

10. Will you take photos during the session?

To show you the transformation and help other families see what’s possible — yes. But we will always ask for your permission first, and we only take anonymous photos — focusing only on shelves and organisation, never your personal photos or identity.
